About Welland Votes

I’m Matthew Baggetta. I've spent more than a decade leading content and growth marketing for high-tech startups around the world. Now I build AI automation systems, custom websites and growth marketing programs for local businesses. Welland Votes came out of a problem I had as a voter. There were a lot of candidates, and I wanted to understand who deserved my vote.

I started collecting candidate information in a spreadsheet. That grew into a rough website to make it easier for me to compare the mayoral candidates. Then someone suggested adding councillors, so I added them. It’s developed from there.

I built an AI automation system to collect research, verify sources, triage update requests, do additional research and organize the information so I can easily review and publish it.

Outside this project, I run Well and Good Growth, where I build AI automation systems, websites and growth marketing programs for local businesses.

Welland Votes is independent. I hope it helps you choose a candidate or figure out what you still need to ask.
